today sucked

Ok, so y'all know how I said "Day 3 bring it on".  Well I got what I asked for and more.  This was a truly exhausting day, mentally mostly.    The local indians must have heard there was a "pediatra" and they showed up in full force.   I've seen this population before on past missions, but I just can't get used to the conditions of the children's health, the general knowledge deficit and the lack of oral hygeine.   After the third little girl opened her mouth to show me her rotted, cracked primary dentition, I was ready to round them all up and bring them back home with me.   I know a nice dentist in Fuquay that might work for cheap.

I guess Wednesday is as good as any day of the week to have a little cry on Norma's strong, confident and well versed shoulder, so that's exactly what I did.

Again, Jessica not only deserves an honarary nursing diploma for today, but now also a medal for putting up with "la doctora loca" and all the children that challenged us today.

Hey Jeff, thanks for trying to translate health issues of the 12 year old female peices and parts, but I think I'll use Norma from now on man!
